Admission Requirements
Admission to the Master’s Programme “Post-Soviet Public Policy” is a three-step process: satisfying requirements (submitting the Application form), selection (online interview), and an MSU entrance exam. We accept applications and hold interviews year-round, whereas the test is set in summer.
General Requirements: All applicants must submit their previous diploma, transcripts, 2 letters of recommendation.
English is a required prerequisite. However, you are not required to submit any certificates of language proficiency. We will be able to estimate your language skills during the online interview (in case you apply for the PolitIQ scholarship) and on the MSU entrance exam, which is held in English.
Application Deadlines
Political Science (in English) – June 28, July 23 (provisional dates).
The exact dates of application deadlines will be updated after the beginning of the 2022 Spring semester.
