22th of April Lomonov MSU and MGIMO signed an agreement on collaboration in operating our MA.
This is a historic moment: the first experience of such a collaboration between the two main Russian universities.
From this time on our Programme «Post-Soviet Public Policy» is joint degree and our alumni will recieve a dual diploma.
